2. MaHuang Extract (334 mg) – Standardized for Ephedrine with usually a potency somewhere between 6-8%. What this means is of the MaHuangthe aforementioned percentage is Ephedra/Ephedrine. Recently banned in the US by the FDA for potentially dangerous long term side-effects. However, there were definite benefits and it was a powerful fat burner for which as yet no comparable substance has since been found.
3. Guarana Extract (910 mg) – This is just another form of Caffeine a powerful fat burner that has since the ban of Ephedra played a larger role in weight loss supplements.
