Hydroxycut Max Advanced was designed as Hyrdoxycut’s follow up to Hydroxycut Max, another product they recalled back in 2009. Specifically marketed to and engineered for women, Hydroxycut Max Advanced is packed with various fat burners and all natural extracts designed to jumpstart the metabolism. With a more active metabolism, you’ll experience higher levels of energy for a more active lifestyle to burn extra calories. Though this sounds like what a Hydroxycut product should do, does it really deliver?

Ingredients

Hydroxycut Max Advanced contains a few fat burner and metabolic enhancers. Studies on Caffeine Anhydrous, White Pepper, Tarragon, and Brown Algae extract have all suggested that these ingredients are helpful is raising metabolic activity. They heighten the body’s temperature and accelerate lypolysis to burn and break down fat more easily. L-leucine is another metabolic booster in that it helps the body grow more muscle. With more muscle mass, your body will naturally burn more calories while at rest.

However, the majority of Hydroxycut Max Advanced’s ingredients are not as effective as the ones mentioned above. Most of them have don’t make a strong case to be included in a weight loss product. Ingredients like Red clover,Ashwagandha, Hawthorn, Opuntia Ficus, and Sarsaparilla (just to name a few) really have nothing to do with fighting fat, metabolism enhancement, or suppressing appetite. Some of these extracts may have antioxidant properties and may increase cellular health, but they will not produce the significant weight loss results most diet pill takers are looking for.

Hydroxycut Max Advanced does not hold up as well as many other Hydroxycut products. It has a few solid ingredients, but it has its share of filler.
